Real Life Street Fighter (w/ Director Commentary)

So today I’m totally bone dry on new post ideas. So instead of dropping a day in blog posts, I decided to revisit one of the original interRacial videos and do lame written director commentary on it.

0:04 – Totally forgot that we used to run under the New Galaxy Productions moniker. Which is weird because at least that one actually has a logo attached to it.
0:05 – When did Street Fighter change their logo to look like that, well now its different once again because of Street Fighter 4, but I totally missed out on that logo change
0:08 – Kyle’s awesome improving gave us the legendary line “W-T-F, mate”
0:11 – Eric the cameraman bumps the camera, at least we’re a step up from that now (well sometimes)
0:23 – the entire sequence of the first attack by Kyle, he keeps looking at the camera (he knows better now)
0:27 – Kyle takes one for the team and accidently hit his wrist against the right wall of lockers
0:41 – Yay, for distracting background changes, this time a random hall walker and Eric’s mom to the right (guess I can call that a cameo)
1:01 – Kyle is never forgive me for placing his finger over Ryu’s crotch
1:04 – Reaction shot was priceless though
1:10 – A fade out on sound would’ve worked well here
Actually just more sounds all together would’ve made it better
Since this was a beginners kind of class, we never realized we needed to choreograph out moves
Apparently 339 people actually favorited my video (as of today) that’s a surprise considering all the flamer comments below
A total of 1,017 people commented on the video, as usual interRacials stirring up controversy

Super in a hurry and didn’t have time to do a complex post. Here’s the “promo” I’ve made the other day for KBVR show Late Nights with Joey and Mike. It’s basically a mashup using a bunch of season 1 skit footage and the song Bodies by Drowning Pool (which I slightly dislike, but is perfect for the mashup). And since I’m using an illegal copyrighted song, expect YouTube to either mute it or take it down in the coming days (enjoy it while you can).

Also look for Season 2 this fall of Late Nights only on KBVR (Ch. 26 in corvallis or live stream at kbvr.com). And look for more videos from the interRacials coming this summer. We got something big planned.
