Hottest Cosplayer Ever: Jessica Nigri
If there was one cosplayer that stuck out outta the bunch at Comic Con this year, it has to be Jessica Nigri (who’s name I just learned today from phillyd.tv). I’m not sure if its the same chick, but there has been a photo of a cosplayer dressed as theif Rikku from FF X-2 on the boards of 4chan for some time now and she’s looks hot. Then came the video sxephil did when he sent out Kassem G to interview random people at Comic Con, one of them was Jessica herself and subscribers worldwide went nuts over her. Then pictures from the next day of Comic Con showed some girl dressed as a Pikachu (you’ll never look at Pikachu ever again) and it turned out it was Jessica once again. And now a fan page that she has created has popped up on Facebook. So if you have appreciation for the awesomeness of Jessica Nigri then please fan her. And now the pics…
the question is, which side of the picture do you prefer?
she’s all sexy and stuff, but can she do thunder?
how in the world did she make zangoose hot?
and these were just added today…
interRacials Review: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
All 3 of us saw the same movie and we all have something to say about it, time for another review segment from the interracials…
SERVER’s Review
The biggest thing about this movie is the same problems that plagued the other films, there is so much book, but not enough time to cover it all. And as you go from book to book, it just gets longer. Half-Blood Prince was barely pushing the limit at 2 and 1/2 hours. I felt that to fill up time up until the climax, that the director just picked and chose some semi-interesting scene from the book to shoot. I don’t blame him either, there is just so much stuff to pick (most of it I consider filler for the book, damn you JK Rowling). The movie didn’t seem to come together until the climax with the cave scene and the confrontation on the tower. These scenes were done well, but even though I haven’t read the books in awhile it felt like something was missing, and it was. The movie like the others still look mystical and beautiful, I couldn’t picture Hogwarts or the English countryside any other way. Also they finally adapted the scenary into a darker feel that actually works this time (though personally I hate the mixing in of the happy happy moments, the clashing leaves me not knowing how to feel for the movie). The core trio did their thing as always, but the supporting cast stepped up especially Alan Rickman (Severus), Helena Botham Carter (Bellatrix), and Jim Broadbent (Slughorn). Carter does the crazy bitch so well in every movie she’s in. All in all, this was a good movie, but not the best to come from the Potter series that goes to Goblet of Fire for me.

FRO FRO’s Review
This is coming from someone who hasn’t read the books.
Well I don’t mind the fact there Wizards and random magical animals. Really I don’t mind them. But in this movie series everytime i see some sort of fight between wizards all I ever see is them waving there wand yelling some random words
How do people figure these spells out I can’t really see spending my day “inventing” new spells running outside flinging my wand everywhere yelling random words sounds like the perfect day to me.
And I can’t figure out why Voldermort trying to do beside kill
Potter. After he kills him then what?
Does he take over the world?
I can see it now. Him vs America
Tanks, airplanes, navy seals that would be quite interesting
I mean it shouldnt be too hard to beat america or anyone for that matter come to think of it doesn’t Harry and his friends when they fight him with only cast one spell over and over?
*shrug*
It would be interesting though to see a sniper take out Voldermort betcha he wouldnt see it coming.
Overall I kinda like the new harry potter movie. I even jumped during the water zombie scene mainly because the sound went out and it was a jumpy scene.

TYLE’s Review
As with the other movies the major part that bugged me about the Half-Blood Prince was how much it lacked from the book. Granted for being a movie, it was done fairly nicely, but with certain parts of the book missing it just doesn’t feel as if the whole movie came together as much as it should have. On the contrary, there were parts of the book I’m glad that they left out of the movie. honestly, within the last three books there were numerous things JK Rowling put in that aggravated me.
The acting in the movie and the over all cast that they have I have to say is one of the best I’ve seen in a movie ever. Especially since it’s not the same ol’ actors that we see in every other movie that comes out.
Over all it’s a good movie and I rate it closely behind Goblet of Fire for best Potter movie thus far. Good actors, kept to the book well for what they had to work with, and has a good ending for the final movie to lead into. The only parts that truly disappointed me were a few of the little things that got cut out, such as the funeral that was supposed to take place at the end, and the ending tower scene wasn’t all it was supposed to be. Other then that it was what I expected, not quite the book, but still good for a movie.

Don’t Mess With The 4Chan
PWNS
Over the weekend, AT&T decided to block 4chan, which those familar know is a definitely no no on the interwebs. It is the equilvalent of shoving your hand into a beehive. 4chan for a moment stopped their race bashing, meme creation, and distrubing pic postage long enough to retaliate against AT&T. Hackers from the site supposively obtained executive phone numbers and addresses and posted them up and down the site. This is the interwebs working at its best folks. I believe the other day however, AT&T has unblocked the site and issued a statement saying they did the blockage in an attempt to protect their customers from the DDoS attack on the 4chan site (which happens like every other week now, f’ing 4chan buzzkillers).
For those of you who don’t understand anything I just said in the summary above, ignore it all, cause you don’t want to be dragged into the mindfuck that is 4chan. Really, you’ll lose whatever innocence you have by visiting the imageboards once.
